2008 POWER SKATING CLINICS

The Power Skating Clinic is geared to the Squirt-Midget player who wants to become a better hockey player.  This Clinic will help to increase skating strenth, power, speed and endurance.  Additionally, the clinic will focus on the following elements of skating:

• PROPER BODY POSITIONING
• BETTER EDGE CONTROL
• POWER AND SPEED

Mite & Squirt Development Clinic
This clinic is an affordable way to maintain and learn the fundamentals of hockey.

• Focuses on power skating, puck control, passing & shooting
• Held on Wednesday evenings only (5:20pm until 6:20pm)
• July 9 - August 13
