Info:

• The league will consist of 3 skill levels (B, C, and Over 30 C)
• Games will be played Monday thru Thursday in the evenings

Rules & Regs:

• ALL teams, players, and coaches must be registered with USA Hockey
• ALL USA Hockey rules will apply during the games
• 15 min stop time periods

2008 Adult Spring League "C" League Schedule (NEW)

MISSION: The instructional ice hockey league will teach any beginner adult hockey player the skills
needed to play the game.  We will be introducing the general concepts of the game and developing each
individual player to be able to move on to our Adult Hockey Leagues.

Program Highlights:

• Skating- Forward & Backward stride, plus proper use of edges.

• Stickhandling- Fakes plus toe drag technique.

• Shooting- Wrist, Slap, Snap, and Backhand shots.

Required Equipment:
Helmet with full cage, shoulder pads, hockey pants, elbow pads, skates, gloves, shin pads, stick

Spring/Summer Session (April 08' - June 08')

Cost:
$350 for entire season:
$250 Non-refundable deposit due with registration.
$100 balance due before 6th week of program.
-If you cannot make the entire season, but want to play, come when you can at a cost of $25 per session.
